• Read and interpret drawings to support pipeline operations.
• Safely maintain equipment, conduct inspections, and supervise operations to meet technical and governmental standards.
• Analyze data, collaborate with others, and develop solutions to technical or operational problems.
• Follow all Company policies and apply appropriate operating and maintenance procedures.
• Acquire and adhere to requirements for safe, efficient operation of facilities, protecting community, personnel, environment, and assets.
• Maintain knowledge of site/location equipment, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Complete assigned reports, logs, and maintain accurate records of process operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated ability as an operations technician or similar role.

Preferred: Associate’s or 2-year technical degree, and a minimum of two (2) years of multifaceted operations technician experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Work in extreme temperatures, loud noises, and enclosed spaces.
• Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads over 50 lbs as needed.
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat for long periods.
• Work at elevated levels, including on man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and small towers, with appropriate PPE.

• Available for after‑hours, on‑call rotations, nights, weekend shifts, and holidays as needs arise.
• May be required to work overtime, 10‑12 hour shifts, and travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays.

• Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Aptitude for embracing technology and applications to drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and safety-focused skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills; advanced knowledge of Process Control Systems and Programmable Logic Controllers.

Hourly: $28 – $41 – $55.
