Job Description:

The Swabbing Truck Operator focuses on operating and supporting swabbing truck operations and assisting with workover rig operations. This position is hands-on and field-based, suited for candidates with well servicing experience. This is not a well site supervisor position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a swabbing truck during well servicing operations
• Assist with swabbing operations as a helper as needed
• Support workover rig operations, including rig-up and rig-down activities
• Perform well servicing tasks in coordination with the crew on location
• Operate equipment safely and follow established field procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

• Well servicing experience
• Experience operating a swabbing truck
• Ability to work as both an operator and helper depending on job needs
• Familiarity with workover rig operations and field equipment
• Ability to work in a hands-on, field-based role with a crew
