• Minimum of a two-year (e.g., Associates) degree from a college or accredited academy with a minimum of three years secretarial/clerical experience in a legal setting.
• Minimum of five years senior clerical/secretarial experience in a law firm, office, or court.
• Equivalent education/training and experience.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with case management databases, such as Prosecutor by Karpel.
• Understanding of judicial system and civil and criminal procedure and terminology.

Ability to become a credentialed victim advocate within 6 months of hire.
