Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant; COTA Part-Time​/PRN – Rigby

Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a part-time/PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our pediatric clinic in Rigby, Idaho. We are specifically seeking additional coverage on Fridays and during after-school hours, with scheduling flexibility based on availability.

Join a supportive pediatric therapy team serving children and families in the Rigby area. This position is a great fit for a COTA looking for a flexible part-time schedule, supplemental hours, or a small pediatric caseload.

Rehab Specialists of Idaho is one of the area's largest providers of outpatient therapy services. Our team of over 50 skilled professionals offer:

• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech-language pathology

We provide services through four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), Madison Memorial Hospital, home health agencies, school districts throughout Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties, and through the Idaho Infant Toddler Program.

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with developmental delays, injuries, or functional impairments
• Monitor patient progress toward short-term and long-term goals
• Document treatment sessions accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Educate caregivers, family members, and support staff on patient care techniques
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and multidisciplinary team members

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
• Completion of required fieldwork
• Successfully passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam or eligible to sit for exam
• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapy Assistant in Idaho
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
