We're seeking an experienced individual to lead our Car Quest store and drive success in sales, customer service, and team management. Job Summary: As the Auto Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Car Quest store. Your role is crucial in driving sales, maintaining inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of automotive professionals. Join us in delivering top-notch auto parts solutions and building strong customer relationships in our community.

Examples of Duties:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Car Quest store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach store staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
