We are looking for a highly organized and driven Production Manager to oversee our daily manufacturing operations and production volume.

Your success will be measured by two primary metrics:
number of units out the door and profitability per unit
. Beyond hitting production targets, you will be responsible for building a great team culture, managing inventory, and ensuring our fabricators are well-trained and satisfied in their roles.

• Production & Output: Oversee daily workflows and production times to ensure unit output targets and order deadlines are consistently met.
• Profitability & Inventory: Manage raw materials and shop inventory efficiently. Optimize processes to reduce waste and maximize the profitability of every unit built.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment. Monitor employee satisfaction and build a shop culture where fabricators want to work and grow.
• Staffing & Development: Handle the hiring, onboarding, and hands-on training for new shop floor staff.
• Quality & Safety: Inspect works-in-progress and finished playsets to meet strict quality standards while enforcing workplace safety and proper tool usage.

• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environment.
• A strong understanding of production lines, shop floor logistics, and inventory management.
• A track record of leading a team to hit specific production and profitability KPIs.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and retain a team of fabricators.
• Solid understanding of standard workplace safety and equipment maintenance.
