Team Members help deliver great customer service while preparing high-quality food in a clean, safe, and fast-paced restaurant environment. • Greet customers and provide excellent service with a positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru
• Prepare food according to Arby's quality and safety standards
• Operate cash registers and handle payments
• Maintain a clean dining area, kitchen, and work stations
• Restock supplies and assist with food prep as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Work cooperatively with team members and managers
• Help ensure orders are prepared quickly and correctly

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Must meet minimum hiring age requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
