Construction Laborer
Join our team as a Construction Laborer where you will be actively involved in general labor tasks, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning forms. This position offers an opportunity to engage in various locations dependent upon project location, with the requirement of travel, although you will always be home on weekends. Candidates should be capable of lifting around 50 pounds and comfortable standing and moving throughout the day.
Previous construction or concrete experience is ideal, but we are also looking for motivated individuals who fit well into our 'family' culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks related to concrete setup and pouring.
- Clean and maintain forms and equipment after use.
- Assist with basic carpentry tasks as needed.
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality concrete products.
Essential Skills
- Experience in construction or concrete work.
- Ability to lift around 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Motivation and willingness to work high amounts of overtime.
- Ability to travel for projects, with assurance of being home on weekends.

Work Environment
Work at various commercial, agricultural, and industrial sites across Eastern Idaho, with projects extending to Western Montana. Receive a $25 per diem and hotel accommodations for overnight jobs. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am until the job is done, usually between 3 pm and 5 pm, with potential for up to 60 hours a week. Dress code includes general work clothes such as jeans, t-shirts, high visibility shirts or vests, hard hats, safety shoes, and safety glasses.
Employees should have a tool belt with basic tools like a hammer and tape measure, while larger tools will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
