Je bewaakt prestaties en KPI’s, stuurt op doorlooptijden en kwaliteit, en fungeert als schakelpunt tussen bewoners, collega’s en onderhoudspartners. Een HBO-werk- en denkniveau, plus ervaring in dagelijks onderhoud zijn vereist.
