We’re looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Pooler, GA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics/technicians’ work; managing outside orders; ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining the safety of team members.

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers oversee the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information about requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales OR one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance OR any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
