We’re looking for a Combined Cycle Construction Manager for on site work in Rincon, GA
As the Construction Manager here’s the work you’ll do:
- Serve as the principal customer contact for strategic business development opportunities.
- Champion the organization's commitment to safety and demonstrate a strong personal commitment to safety and D&Z values by providing leadership and establishing expectations and accountability related to the execution of an effective Customer and D&Z safety program across the entire Business Line.
- Recruit and hire team members to support the businesses growth in construction management and site supervision roles.
- Conduct tactical reviews of the site work plans to ensure adequate organizational resources are prioritized and deployed to support the contract requirements.
- Ensure effective project and contract management governance, procedures, tools and financial controls are established and maintained.
- Effectively partner with functional areas via the appropriate Project Support Team to achieve shared goals, resolve conflicts, and establish/promote best practices and process improvement.
- Technical/Industry Expertise: 10+ years background in estimating and executing construction projects for an open shop contractor in Industrial markets (chemical/pulp & paper/mfg). Strong knowledge and experience in project management and project controls is a must. Experience managing open shop direct craft labor and subcontractors is also required. Understanding of PSM (process safety management) a plus.
