Georgia Pacific in Rincon, GA is hiring a Technical Process Coach. The coach is a results‑oriented leader who coaches and builds the skills and capabilities of crew members.
Typical day shift hours, with flexibility as needed to meet business requirements.
Compensation starts at $27 hourly, negotiable based on experience.

- Support mill/department initiatives in safety, quality, productivity and profitability by ensuring technicians are properly trained and understand operating procedures.
- Strategize and develop training plans based on business and individual employee needs; work closely with PCs on each technician’s development using the IDP process.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and AALs to identify and reduce top losses related to operational knowledge/skill deficiencies.
- Lead the PSQ process and coach technicians through it.
- Update/write standard procedures, job plans, troubleshooting guides, etc.
- Train and develop new‑hire technicians.
- Partner with technicians and Manufacturing Engineers to vet/revise learning materials and develop new ones.
- Experience utilizing written and verbal communication skills in a team environment.
- Experience interacting with customers, co‑workers, and management teams.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
- One or more years of experience as a mentor/trainer in an industrial, manufacturing, military, farming, or construction environment.
- Experience with organizing, scheduling, and executing tasks effectively.
- Experience developing learning documents (standards, procedures, job aids, etc.).
- Experience using software such as Adobe, MS Office, SharePoint, Convergence, SAP, etc.
- Two or more years of experience in a paper converting operation.
