Virginia Transformer Corp is hiring a Senior Design Engineer/Principal Engineer to lead transformer product design and development. This role will involve driving design standardization and collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure product performance and reliability. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8-15+ years of experience in transformer design. The position requires strong analytical skills, leadership in technical projects, and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Limited travel (up to 10%) is required to support design implementation.
