Production Associate - Join a Dynamic Poultry Processing Team in Rincon, GA!

As a Production Associate, you'll be an essential part of our poultry processing line, ensuring each product meets the highest standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Whether you prefer daytime or night shifts, your focus on safety compliance, quality assurance, and equipment monitoring will help us deliver excellence every day.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments; night shift experience is a must for night roles
* Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and safety
* Ability to follow strict safety protocols, including proper PPE use and Lockout-Tagout procedures
* Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards supporting supervisors and colleagues
* Comfortable working in physically demanding settings: standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Previous experience in the poultry or food production industry
* Familiarity with USDA quality standards and Quality Assurance practices
* Basic equipment troubleshooting and monitoring capabilities
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Prior production line or manufacturing experience, especially with night shifts
Other Requirements:
* Must be willing and able to work assigned shifts in Rincon, GA:
* Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($16.25/hour)
* Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM ($16.25/hour)
* Ability to comply with all safety protocols and physical job demands
