Day in the Life of an Assistant Neighborhood Sales ManagerYour day will start between 9‑10am in the assigned model home or sales office. You will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager by setting up the office for success, greeting prospects, learning what matters to each customer, and showing available homes. Your responsibilities include keeping all materials organized, auditing marketing content, and ensuring accuracy of the website and listing information. You will also answer questions throughout the buying process, collaborate with corporate marketing on events, submit listings to and the MLS, and help maintain a high‑quality customer service experience to meet neighborhood sales goals.
