We are searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The supervisor manages staff on the assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

• Starting Base Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Workdays Available:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
• Successful completion of a background investigation, drug/alcohol test, and possibly a Driver's Record check
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
