Guard Attendant - 2nd shift

To ensure the security, safety, and proper tracking of all personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the warehouse premises. Additionally, checking‑in and out, all Inbound and Outbound Loads that are scheduled for the day’s business. The security guard shall be the provider of service for securing the Medlog Warehouse property.

• Provide 24‑hour security to the facility
• Ensure the safety of all employees, carriers, vendors, guests, and visitors
• Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance
• Check in and out all carriers upon arrival and departure
• Control traffic utilizing the gated system
• Check and verify driver's paperwork for inbound and outbound loads
• Check and verify temperature settings of reefer units
• Take pictures of trailer numbers, seal numbers, and temperature settings
• Monitor and report any signs of damage, malfunctions, or hazards
• Assist in compliance with Medlog regulations and rules of conduct

• Ability to document incidents, visitor logs, and shift reports clearly and accurately.
• Use of email, spreadsheets, and security software (e.g., visitor management systems).
• This is a 2nd shift position. Must be able to work 3:30pm
  - Midnight

• High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution with related experience preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
