A full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist position is available in Rincon, GA, serving a K‑12 school community. This role focuses on supporting students with speech and language needs within a dynamic educational environment. The position is a contract for the current school year (CSY) and requires onsite presence to effectively collaborate with educational staff and provide direct services.

Rincon, GA (onsite work required).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive speech‑language evaluations, therapy, and related services to K‑8 students, with the possibility of working across different grade levels as staffing needs evolve.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and ensure compliance with educational standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
  • Adapt services to respond flexibly to shifting caseload demands and priorities.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Certified Speech‑Language Pathologist with an active Georgia SLP License.
  • Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Certification.
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with K‑8 or K‑12 populations.
  • Ability to work onsite full‑time (37.5 hours/week) in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to student support.
