Position:
Inventory Control Clerk
Full‑time position – 2nd shift (Sundays to Wednesdays).
Pay: $22 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential on Sundays and a $1.00 differential Monday through Wednesday.

- Ensure system counts match physical inventory.
- Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level.
- Investigate missing product in storage locations.
- Update the WMS to reflect physical inventory through various methods.
- Research and document root causes.
- Ensure proper product rotation.
- Analyze reports to identify rotation issues and act accordingly.
- Accurately receive inventory and work with checkers to ensure proper receipt.
- Audit inbound receipts both physically and via documentation.
- Set up and validate data for WMS and other applications.
- Audit existing data for inaccuracies.
- Manage unsalable inventory to resolution.
- Document product recalls and segregate inventory as required.
- Collaborate with procurement on product expiration and holds to resolution.
- Record disposals (dump/donate) and other product dispositions.
- Place appropriate signage throughout the distribution center.
- Analyze and document inventory processes.
- Work with inventory management to document and train inventory procedures for warehouse operations.
- Assist with daily and weekly reports.
- Assist in development and implementation of inventory processes.
- Follow work procedures and safety rules.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English.
- Manage multiple tasks independently with a focus on detail and reporting.
- Knowledge of computers and ability to learn WMS and internal applications.
- Use handheld computers and scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment; occasionally move product in warehouse.
- Maintain regular, full attendance.
Maintain professional communication with the Inventory team, Operations, and customers on all related details and tasks.
Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and undergo drug screening.
Physical Requirements- Perform necessary physical and mental tasks as described, including lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally.
