Warehouse Worker - Clamp Truck Operator - 1st Shift

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates who are safety conscious, outgoing and eager to excel in a warehouse environment.

Full‑time position / 1st shift:
Sunday to Wednesday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. Pay: $20 per hour, plus a $2 shift differential on Sundays.

• Utilize a Stand Up Clamp Truck
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Load and unload trailers
• Sort and place parts in racks or other designated areas
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling)
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Complete daily logs
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber

• No prior experience required but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, provide customer service, deal with others, multi‑task, organize, be flexible, and have excellent numeric and time‑management skills
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function
• Willingness to work the required schedule and at the specific location
• Safety‑sensitive role: must maintain constant alertness and ensure own and others’ safety

• Must be able to remember and understand instructions, read, speak, and see; vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and eye‑focus adjustment.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach; must lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally.
