Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Cycle Count Specialist for a client in Rincon, GA. Pay: $22.00 per hour

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

The Cycle Count Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for parts and equipment through daily cycle counts, inventory verification, and discrepancy resolution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with parts inventory, warehouse management systems, and a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to operate both a CHERRY PICKER AND FORKLIFT.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of parts and equipment to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies.
• Locate and identify improperly inventoried materials.
• Research and determine causes of inventory variances when possible.
• Report inventory shortages, overages, and damaged products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with inventory audits and inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Follow all company quality, environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to support efficient inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of cycle counting experience in a parts warehouse environment.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
