Warehouse Associate

Kelly is seeking reliable and motivated Order Selector to join our team in Rincon, GA
. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving, and material movement throughout the facility.

• 1st
  
  Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM ($18.00 per hour)
• 2nd
  
  Shift: 4:00 PM-12:30 AM ($19.50 per hour)
• Potential overtime on Saturdays as needed

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials.
• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Verify quantities, labels, and order information for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work overtime on Saturdays when required by business needs.

• Minimum 6 months of electric pallet jack experience OR current electric pallet jack certification.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs, and move throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
