Technical Support, IT Support, Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, proactive, and customer focused Project Coordinator to support the delivery of customer facing and internal technical projects. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring project activities are planned, executed, monitored, and documented effectively.
In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly, to schedule, and within scope. You will help maintain accurate project information and contribute to excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Specific Responsibilities- Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring requirements are well understood and professionally managed.
- Provide clear, timely communication and regular status updates.
- Coordinate project tasks, resources, timelines, and engineer schedules to support successful delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, and documentation.
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues, escalating where needed.
- Manage PSA workflows (e.g., Connect Wise), ensuring boards, schedules, and tickets reflect true project status.
- Support change requests, contract reviews, RAMS creation, and other QA activities.
- Liaise with subcontractors, raise purchase orders, and monitor deliverables.
- Arrange and coordinate site works to optimise operational efficiency.
- Process measurements and prepare invoices at project completion.
- Participate in internal planning meetings to support workflow alignment and prioritisation.
- Maintain accurate job folders and ensure documentation is audit ready.
- Assist with cost to completion analysis, risk reviews, and internal reporting.
- Contribute to departmental process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
- Support smooth handovers to customer success or support teams.

General Responsibilities - Participate in internal planning meetings to support workflow alignment and prioritisation.
- Maintain accurate job folders and ensure documentation is audit ready.
- Assist with cost to completion analysis, risk reviews, and internal reporting.
- Contribute to departmental process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
- Support smooth handovers to customer success or support teams.
- Salary: up to £30,000 per year (Depending on experience).
- Core hours Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

This is currently an office-based role only, candidate must be able to travel to our office based in Ringwood.
