This role involves actively engaging customers, explaining car wash options and requirements, preparing and loading cars in our car washes, and assisting customers with self-cleaning options. You’ll also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean car wash experience.

• Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time
• Explain car wash options and requirements to customers
• Prepare and load cars in the car wash and assist with self-cleaning options
• Help maintain car wash sites to ensure quality customer experience

Our Teammates in this role typically earn $13.00/hour, which includes a base pay of $11.00/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Availability and compensation may vary by location and experience.
