Job Overview

$60,000 - $70,000 per year.

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support job costing and project financial tracking
• Assist with WIP schedules and percentage of completion accounting
• Prepare financial reports and support management with analysis
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations and project teams

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or contracting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Experience with job costing and project‑based accounting
• Familiarity with WIP reporting is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Quick Books, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
