Risk Manager/Analyst
Join us at Urenco USA (UUSA), where we lead the way in nuclear energy innovation. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Eunice, NM is the only large‑scale uranium enrichment facility in North America. We are actively looking for individuals who are ready to work collaboratively on‑site and we offer relocation support to help make this opportunity accessible.
Summary of ResponsibilitiesProvide risk management support across the Urenco Group Projects portfolio and to individual business units as required. Deliver risk management guidance to multiple projects of varying sizes, complexities, and types of work.
Education and ExperienceMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in a risk management role on a significant project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a risk management role on a significant project, preferably in the nuclear industry.
- Project risk management qualification such as IRM or PMI RM.

Eunice, NM - Work Schedule:
9/80 professional schedule - Travel Required:
10% or less as needed - Security Clearance Requirement: CAA Access and L or Q level clearance
- Emergency Response Duty: ERO duty required, including 24/7 on‑call during designated team duty week
- Radiological Exposure: < 100 mrem/yr in general office and plant production areas
- Work Environment:
Professional office setting with standard office equipment
- Maintain and update the organization’s risk register with accurate, timely information.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify new risks and assess existing ones.
- Evaluate risk likelihood, impact, and control effectiveness on portfolio projects.
- Monitor mitigation plans and follow up with risk owners.
- Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to the development of risk policies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Build effective relationships within the Group projects organization to support risk awareness and improvement.
- Support the creation and update of project policies and procedures using lessons learned and best practices.

CompensationStarting at $125,916 – $148,136 per year, dependent on candidate qualifications.
