• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed and follow up for resolution
• Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards while attending required training classes
• Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records

• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under stress

• Experience in customer service within a call center environment
• Experience in customer service within a healthcare-related call center environment
