Volt is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative in Rio Rancho, NM.

As a Manufacturing Customer Service Rep. you will:

• Prepare and submit customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner
• Process new customer orders and ensure all order details are entered correctly
• Track and schedule customer orders to meet production and delivery requirements
• Process engineering and customer change orders as needed
• Coordinate tool receipts and shipments for customer-owned tools and mylars
• Process customer shipments and ensure accurate shipping documentation
• Submit customer invoices and assist with billing-related activities
• Create and maintain customer accounts and records within company systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to customer orders and activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a full-time, Temp to Hire position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Manufacturing CSR candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service, order processing, administrative, or manufacturing support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Pay for this position is $18/hr

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
