Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative IV
Location: Rio Rancho, NM (Hybrid onsite Tue/Wed/Thu)
Duration: 24 months (Sept 28, 2026 Sept 27, 2028)
Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to support small and medium business (SMB) clients through chat-based interactions. This role combines customer support with sales enablement, helping clients resolve technical needs while identifying opportunities for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SMB customers with hardware, software, and technical inquiries via chat.
- Guide customers through order placement and escalate leads to the right teams.
- Identify customer needs and potential opportunities for expansion.
- Investigate solutions, anticipate challenges, and optimize fit for client requirements.
- Collaborate with peers and provide expertise when needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and route leads effectively.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (onsite Tue Thu).
