Manufacturing CSR
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Customer Service Rep to join our team at an aviation repair and manufacturing company.
Job Duties:
- Submit customer quotes
- Process new orders for customers, change orders
- Process shipments, submit invoices, create customer accounts
- Handle customer inquiries and requests and more
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 15+ lbs consistently.
- Comfortable with bending, sitting, standing, and handling office supplies/materials.
- Sitting for long periods of time
