Step into a very busy, well-supported private group practice in Grants, NM with an on-site, full-time Owner Dentist and a strong hygiene engine that consistently feeds restorative and comprehensive dentistry.

This role is opening due to a planned transition : our current associate is producing ~$80,000/month , and while they've not yet given formal notice , they've shared they expect to relocate this summer
. We're planning ahead to ensure a smooth handoff and protect patient access.

Experienced dentists are preferred, but we're also open to a graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and eager to grow in a high-support environment.

This practice has deep community roots and a reputation for high-quality, relationship-based care. The office is designed for smooth flow, full schedules, and strong production.

• 10 operatories
• 2 Doctors (including Owner Dentist on-site full-time )

• No CBCT at this location
• Experienced clinical + administrative support to keep the day moving efficiently

We're looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in efficient, high-quality dentistry.

Ideal strengths include:

• Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Simple to moderate extractions
• Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed)

• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: Closed

Associate Schedule
We're hiring for a full-time role with a consistent, sustainable weekly schedule aligned to the hours above (exact 4–5 day configuration based on provider coverage and your preference).
