• Current or eligibility to obtain NM RLD License (School Psychologist)
• Experience supporting students at both elementary and secondary levels preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, working closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive practices and fostering inclusive educational settings
• Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide student supports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design interventions and behavior plans
• Consult with educators regarding best practices for supporting students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and district policies
