Greet clients and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming branch environment;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on technology tools to self-serve and engage them with Chase solutions;
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and connecting them to appropriate banking specialists;
Participate in branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures
