As a Field Service Technician III, you will be using your skills and expertise to perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on our products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.

You'll be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying our products and updating and tracking the status of all field related equipment. You'll build and maintain effective relationships with our customers and provide them with onsite training.

** Must-haves:
*** High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience  + A higher-level degree may substitute for experience  + Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
* Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques
* Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts
* An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
** Preferred:
*** Associate's degree in a related field of study
* Experience with FCC or FCC GROL
* Prior experience with Security+, Network+, CCNA and/or A+
* Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pilot Static Equipment gauges
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.
