What you'll be doing- Work with the Senior Manager, Marketing Automation and the North and South American marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Be the subject matter expert for marketing operations in the Americas. Support the field marketing teams in your regions.
- Partner with Content and Web teams to ensure marketing automation programs and landing pages follow technical SEO best practices.
- Write, edit, and optimize digital content to align with SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices, improving visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Ensure forms, tracking, and automation logic support (and don't break) crawlability, page performance, and organic conversion.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot email and landing page templates using HTML and CSS to ensure consistent rendering and responsiveness across desktop, mobile, and major email clients.
- Configure and optimize multi-step, conditional Zapier automations connecting platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Develop data-driven metrics and reporting to determine the ROI of digital marketing activities and provide key reporting and insights to the regional marketing teams.
- Be an evangelist, champion the use of digital technology and best practices within your region. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions to establish and support a robust digital ecosystem.
