Tech Skill/experiences Require

Active Directory Server Management

Google workspace (Gmail, Google drive & others related service)

• Experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Products , Windows/MacOS/Linux will be considered as special.

Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties and also work as purchasing admin for IT Team

• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications for internal IT and All users
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for On-prim server and All users
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for All users
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Work as Purchasing Admin for IT Team (PR generating, Follow-up & Consolidation)
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Report creation, monitor & update (Employee asset, PR & PO relation, Asset & License expiration for all users, etc)

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, System Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in IT Technical Support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
