You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. - Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
- Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans
- Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
- Work with a variety of tools including hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
$17 - $20 hourly
