Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service;
Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store and ensures prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty-program promotion;
Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience;
Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage, and manages breaks for Associates;
Communicates with management and Associates to set priorities and provide progress updates, and supports training needs to increase effectiveness
