Module Engineering Manager – New Mexico Operations
Lead and manage cross‑functional teams of module and manufacturing operations engineers. Drive product transfer and ramp activities for new technologies into high‑volume production. Develop and execute sustainable solutions to achieve safety, quality, output, and cost objectives. Oversee daily operations, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Plan and support process development for next‑generation device architectures. Implement long‑term strategic capabilities to meet evolving factory requirements.
Facilitate technology transfer across Intel sites through training and knowledge sharing. Ensure readiness for equipment installation and production ramp activities.

- Drive product transfer and ramp activities for new technologies into high‑volume production.
- Develop and execute sustainable solutions to achieve safety, quality, output, and cost objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and support process development for next‑generation device architectures.
- Implement long‑term strategic capabilities to meet evolving factory requirements.
- Facilitate technology transfer across Intel sites through training and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure readiness for equipment installation and production ramp activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience with a master’s degree, or no experience required with a PhD.
- Experience focusing on driving operational improvements in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Track record of handling complex manufacturing challenges and delivering on key operational indicators.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
