Fiberglass Technician – Rio Rancho, NM Pay: $16–$18/hour Company: Ōnin Staffing is hiring for a client in the Rio Rancho area. Ōnin Staffing is seeking an entry to mid-level Fiberglass Technician for a client in the Rio Rancho area. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with fiberglass, carbon fiber, or other composite materials. The right candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while supporting composite assembly and repair work.

• Perform fiberglass and composite layup work, including wet layups
• Complete freehand composite repairs as needed
• Use hand tools to cut, grind, fit, and prepare composite parts for assembly
• Assist with composite assembly, repair, and finishing processes
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Inspect work for accuracy, fit, and finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Experience working with fiberglass, carbon fiber, or composite materials
• Wet layup and freehand composite repair experience required
• Ability to use hand tools for cutting, grinding, and fitting parts
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Aviation experience preferred
• Marine, automotive, or manufacturing composite experience also acceptable
