Manufacturing Laborer

Hiring for Manufacturing Laborer for manufacturing facility located in Algodones, NM.

4-day work week (Monday - Thursday)

Day Shift: 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM $17.50/hour

Swing Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM $18.25/hour

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Laborer to join our wire mesh manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the production and assembly of wire mesh fencing products, operate alongside manufacturing equipment, and help maintain efficient production flow. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, follows safety procedures, and works well in a team environment.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Move and handle materials throughout the production area.
• Stack and organize materials for production and shipment.
• Assemble and connect wire mesh fencing components.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating machinery or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Industrial, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Safety glasses, gloves, and appropriate work attire required.
• Hard hats required in designated areas.
• Additional hearing protection available as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Rio Rancho, NM.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
