Physician Assistant

Overview

We offer full‑time Professional Associate positions to provide advanced primary care services worldwide. The role focuses on delivering medical solutions in humanitarian settings, serving refugee and migrant populations.

Hours:

36–48 per week, day or night shifts. Pay: $70 per hour plus housing and a weekly stipend for travelers.

• Provide direct patient care, including medical history taking and documentation.
• Evaluate and manage patients per SOP, providing follow‑up, sick call or walk‑in care.
• Deliver emergency and first‑aid treatment within scope until transfer to local health system.
• Perform minor surgical procedures (e.g., suturing, incisions, drainage) without extensive labs.
• Review and reevaluate cases requiring ongoing medication or pharmaceutical care.
• Execute orders authorized by the supervising physician.

• Active state medical license for PAs (temporary license not accepted).
• Minimum one year of experience in primary care, family practice or emergency medicine.
• PA training from an ARC‑PA accredited program and a bachelor’s degree, or a bachelor’s plus relevant experience.
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Comfort with patients ages 0–99.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• No criminal convictions, except minor traffic violations without expungement.
• Tier 4 security clearance required to start.
• Fulfillment of continuing education requirements for the licensed state(s).
