Shift DetailsWe are currently hiring for Full‑Time Night Shift.
Hours:
Full Time—3x12s weekly, rotating weekends.
Day Shift: 6:30am-7pm. Night Shift: 6:30pm-7am. Block Scheduling—Rotating Weekend Info:
Block A and Block B work every other weekend (days not in a row);
Block C works every Friday (3 days in a row).
Base Pay Range: $/hr depending on years of experience.

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post‑acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital‑level services comparable to those provided on a medical‑surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team manages a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.
- Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days.
- Conditions treated:
Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopaedic, complex medical, and more. - Team Approach:
Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more. - Advanced Care: IVs, tracheostomy care, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains.
- 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay).
- RN License (State of NM)
- BLS required
- 1+ year of RN experience preferred (acute care a plus)
- CRRN preferred
- A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods.
- Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
- Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
- Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation.
- Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
