Overview
LPN SNF & LTC. Talented Medical Solutions. Contract. In-Office | Rio Rancho, NM, United States. LOCAL ONLY.
Responsibilities- Provide LPN coverage in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings as scheduled.
- Collaborate with a Med Tech and another Nurse; maintain clear communication and point-of-care knowledge.
- Credentialed LPN with knowledge of PCC, MAR, and TAR.
- No history of NCNS (no-call/no-show) and no frequent call-outs.
- Reliable, credentialed and ready to work; good communication and POC knowledge.
- Shift: Day Shift
- Start: 6:00 PM
- End: 6:30 AM
