LPN Qualifications – Long-Term Care Nursing Jobs

• Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico or compact state
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare setting
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a long-term care environment

LPN Responsibilities – Travel Nursing Assignment

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor, document, and report resident conditions to the RN or physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care
• Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, comfortable environment
