We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA in Rio Rancho, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician‑established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

6 hours a day
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patient’s activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communicate with the patient’s family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Dependable transportation.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check. This role allows for long‑term relationships with patients and no program expiration once patients are accepted.
