CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Support daily clinical operations and deliver compassionate assistance to residents under the supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow facility policies regarding infection control and patient confidentiality.
• Support documentation and record-keeping for patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification required.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or possess valid exemption documentation.
