Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis, under supervision.
As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, the RN will participate in education, decision-making, and quality improvement activities, with opportunities to advance through the CAP requirements
