- Support and drive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across all Hi-Pro Feeds USA locations
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and site leadership teams to promote a proactive safety culture and deliver practical safety solutions
- Own continuous improvement efforts by supporting HSE management systems, conducting risk assessments, leading inspections and audits, coordinating employee training, supporting incident investigations, monitoring regulatory compliance, and tracking HSE performance metrics
- Help every employee return home safely each day
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, Industrial Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience supporting HSE programs within manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, feed milling, or production environments
- Strong understanding of safety management principles and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information and develop practical solutions
- Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 15–25%) to support all Hi-Pro Feeds USA locations including Friona, Comanche, Clovis, and Cheyenne
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience delivering safety training and engaging employees at all levels of the organization
Demonstrates expertise in Health, Safety, and Environmental management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proven ability to deliver safety training and foster a proactive safety culture across diverse operational environments.
