Position: Area Rare Cardiac Specialist (ARCS) - Tucson, AZ

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Execute disease awareness initiatives for ATTR-CM with healthcare providers and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives
  • Utilize advanced selling skills to educate customers on ATTR-CM and related diagnostic procedures
  • Coordinate with other teams to enhance customer experience and support patient identification
  • Gather insights from the market to inform sales planning and adapt strategies accordingly

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of applying market insights to drive sales performance
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record in compliance with company standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in Rare Disease and/or Specialty Cardiovascular sales
  • Product launch experience in a similar environment
  • Previous hospital sales experience
  • Familiarity with large academic centers and hospital systems
